The use of Beer
9/28/2016Scientists have discovered Spain, drinking a pint of beer a day (about 0.5 liters) will be beneficial to your health and can help reduce the risk of diabetes as well as hypertension.
The Daily Mail reported that, two doctors Ramon Estruch and Rosa Lamuela from Barcelona and Madrid have conducted experiments with 1,249 women and men over 57 years old. The researchers found that volunteers adhere to diet Mediterranean style with half a liter of beer a day "not only does not gain weight, but in some cases even lose weight."
According to scientists, the beer gives consumers the health benefits similar to drinking a moderate amount of wine.
The study results showed that beer contains folic acid, vitamins, iron and calcium, providing a "protective shield" for the cardiovascular system. Pint of lager provides about 200 calories, the equivalent of a cup of cappuccino.
Volunteers regularly drank moderate amounts of beer are less likely to suffer from diabetes and high blood pressure and body fat lower.
Dr. Lamuela affirmed: "In this study, we have eliminated the mistake. We know that beer is not to blame factors obesity". Dr Estruch added that only causes obesity as beer is to drink too much, combined with a diet lacking in moderation, fat and do not exercise.
